Shipping policy

Every Thea order is packed by hand with care. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your pieces will reach you.

Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom and Europe 

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within **1–2 business days** of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.

## Delivery time & cost
We send all orders with **Royal Mail Tracked**, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

- **Estimated delivery:** 2–4 business days after dispatch
- **Standard shipping:** £3.95
- **FREE shipping** on all orders over **£50**

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays outside of our control.

## Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

## Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
